FTAA - The Free Trade Area of the Americas Agreement threatens to criminalize file-sharing in the entire Western Hemisphere.

WSIS - The World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) is a UN-sponsored series of conferences about access to information technology. During the first round of the conference they released a very weak endoresment of P2P technology.

WIPO - The World Intellectual Property Organization is writing a new Broadcasting Treaty that will affect copyright law worldwide.

Campaign for an Open Digital Environment (CODE) - (inactive) - The European Union IP Enforcement Directive further limited the rights of EU citizens to share digital information.
